BUSINESS INFORMATION:
Bulldog Yoga was created in 2015 with the unique goal of bringing the amazing benefits of yoga to more people by making it approachable, accessible and fun (yep, yoga can be fun!). Our team of Yoga Alliance certified instructors, who have a combined 160+ years of experience, help Bulldoggers ditch the intimidating feeling many of us get when we take a yoga class.
The mood in a Bulldog class is fun, energetically spirited, friendly and supportive. Its more than ok to not be great, or even good, at yoga - though we are pretty confident you will be feeling like a Bulldog bad-ass when you get your groove. After all, shouldnt the time you spend with us give you a sense of achievement and put a smile on your face?
Our Yoga Instructors
Yes, we are a bit biased, but we know we have got the best online yoga instructors! Of course, they are all certified by the Yoga Alliance, but what makes them so great is that they are each special in their own way. At Bulldog, we believe that each instructor should lead their classes in their own unique style, not in some cookie cutter format.
Some of our instructors are more chill while others are more high energy; some like to tell a joke or two while others may sing along a bit to our bangin playlists.
