Regina Crime Stoppers is asking the public for help after a disposal bin was set on fire in Regina earlier this month.
Officers say the incident happened Feb. 2 at approximately 6 p.m. in the 2000 block of Lorne Street, where an unknown man allegedly set fire to a Loraas disposal bin.
Surveillance video shows a man walking in the area wearing black pants and a blue and white plaid jacket. Police say the suspect appears to have an obvious limp.

Crime Stoppers is urging anyone with information to come forward.
